Jess Elliott (She/Her) | Psychologist

Jess is a registered psychologist with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults, particularly those impacted by trauma, family violence, and assault. She also provides support for first responders who have experienced occupational trauma.

Jess works with children 5+ and adolescents who are neurodivergent, taking a neuroaffirming approach that values and respects different ways of thinking, learning, and experiencing the world. She supports young people experiencing anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, developmental trauma, and family or relationship concerns.

She also works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, complex trauma, interpersonal difficulties, and general psychological distress.

Jess brings a warm, compassionate, and collaborative approach to therapy, supporting individuals to feel safe, understood, and empowered to create meaningful, lasting change. She integrates evidence-based, trauma-informed therapies, including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Her work is grounded in a client-centred and neuroaffirming framework.
