The aim is to provide a non-judgmental platform for parents to join and discuss everyday challenges, behavioral strategies.etc. with our clinical psychologist, Pagan Aston.

Six online sessions will run fortnightly (60min) and cover topics such as parent self-care, emotional regulation, school can't, behaviour and communication strategies, relationships, etc.
